Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 8, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the First Amendment to the Development Agreement between the
City of Santa Monica, a municipal corporation and 401 Broadway, LLC, a California
Limited Liability Company. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
