Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 8, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.04.10.08.030(m) and
adding Section 9.04.10.08.230 establishing a revised in -lieu parking fee program within
the City's Downtown Parking Assessment District. The ordinance is now presented to
the City Council for adoption.
