Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 10, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Interim Zoning Ordinance No. 2428 (CCS) to clarify that the
Bergamot Area Plan standards apply when in conflict with the Zoning Ordinance as
specified and to specify an interim use permit approval process. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
