SECTION 1. The Acting City HAM= is hereby
authorized to execute a deed quitolaimIng in favor of the
Parking Authority of the City of Santa. Monica, a body
politic, all right, title and interest of"the City of
,Santa xonlea, a municipal corporation, in and to that
certaK property described herein. A copy of the deed is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and by reference thereto
Insorporated herei n as though fully set forth herein and
her'eat,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and thenceforth and there-
after the same shall be in full force and feat.
