OCTOBER 11, 2011
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Public Financing Authority was called to order by Chair Bloom at
8:01 p.m., on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at the City Council Chamber, 1685 Main Street.
Roll Call: Present: Chair Richard Bloom
Vice Chair Gleam Davis
Authority Member Robert T. Holbrook
Authority Member Kevin McKeown
Authority Member- -P-am- O'Connor
Authority Member Terry O'Day
Authority Member Bobby Shriver
Also Present: Executive Director Rod Gould

Assistant Authority Secretary - Denise Anderson- Warren
CONVENE On order of the Chair, the Public Financing Authority was convened at 8:01
p.m. with all members present.
MINUTES 8 -C: The minutes of the May 1-0, May 24 and June 21,2011 meetings
of the Public Financing Authority, were presented.
Motion by Vice Chair Davis, seconded by Authority Member O'Day, to
approve the minutes as submitted. The motion was unanimously approved
by voice vote, with all members present.
ESTABLISHING 8 -D: Establishment of regular meetings for the Public Financing
REGULAR MEETING Authority - recommendation to adopt Resolution No.8 (PFAS) entitled, "A
DATES RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA MONICA PUBLIC FINANCING
AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING REGULAR MEETING DATES ", was
presented.
Member of the public Denise Barton expressed concerns about establishing
additional meeting dates.
Motion by Authority Member O'Connor, seconded by Vice Chair Davis, to
adopt the resolution, reading by title only, and waiving further reading
thereof, and approve recommendation. The motion was approved by the
following vote:

ADJOURNMENT: On order of the Chair, the special meeting of the Public Financing Authority
