A special meeting of the Santa Monica Housing Authority was called to order by Vice Chair Davis at 6:37
p.m., on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE On order of the Vice Chair, the Housing Authority convened a joint
meeting with the City Council at 6:37 p.m., with Commissioner Shriver and
Chair Bloom absent.
REPORT ON MEETING Pursuant to anew State law, Assistant City Clerk Denise Anderson - Warren
COMPENSATION announced that Council will receive $50 for meeting as the Housing
Authority.
CONSENT CALENDAR: 3 -K: Modification of Agreement for Licensed Clinical Social
JOINT MEETING Worker — recommendation that the Housing Authority and City Council
authorize the Executive Director /City Manager to execute a fourth
modification to professional services agreement No. 9092 (CCS) with Ms.
Dorothy Berndt, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in the amount of
$20,000 to provide clinical support for the Housing Authority, for a total
contract amount not to exceed $238,400, was presented.
Members of the public Joy Fullmer and Denise Barton commented on
various Consent Calendar items.
At the request of Vice Chair /Mayor Pro Tem Davis, Item 3 -G was removed
from the Consent Calendar.

Motion by Authority / Councilmember O'Connor, seconded by Authority/
Councilmember Holbrook, to approve the Consent Calendar, except Item
3 -G, reading resolutions by title only and waiving further reading thereof.
The motion was approved by the following vote:
AYES: Agency /Councilmembers O'Connor, Holbrook, O'Day,
McKeown, Chair/Mayor Pro Tem Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Agency / Councilmember Shriver, Chair /Mayor Bloom
ADJOURNMENT: On order of the Vice Chair, the Housing Authority meeting was adjourned
at 6:45 p.m.
