Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 23, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the City's official districting map to change the zoning designation
for a portion of the property located at 3402 Pico Boulevard from R2 to C2. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
