Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 11, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 9.56, the City's Affordable
Housing Production Program including revising affordable housing categories, income -
eligibility limits, rent limits and expanding AHPP income categories. The ordinance is
now presented to the City Council for adoption.
