Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 11, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance repealing Chapter 7.18 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to
retrofitting of plumbing fixtures. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
