Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on May 14, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the development agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation, and 1320 2nd Street, LLC., a California Limited Liability Company.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
