13 -B: Request of Councilmember Davis that staff review the permitting process
for 5K and 10K races in Santa Monica and consider adjusting permitted
race frequencies. In addition, staff should consider expanding notification
practices to include nearby and affected residents and businesses that
may not be directly on the race route.
