Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 26, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Chapter 9.73 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code establishing the
transportation impact fee program, the transportation impact fee, and establishing an
adjustment and waiver provision. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council
for adoption.
