Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 12, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Interim Zoning Ordinance Number 2407 (CCS) modifying the
requirements for ministerial processing of 100% affordable housing projects of 50 or
fewer units. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
