Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 12, 2013, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.04.050 relating to
payment for parking, adding Section 3.12.905 relating to temporary no parking permits,
and amending Section 3.36.280 relating to City -owned parking facilities. The ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
