Mr. McCloskey moved that the City Attorney do the necessary
things to effectuate the following:
1. Change the master plan to provide that the lot area sizes within
neighborhoods be homogenous.
2. Impose a time limit on the commencement of a project for which a
variance or "use" permit is approved.
3. Permit persons other than the developer to have the right of appeal
before the Council.
4. That the Planning Commission have forty -five days to study various
items, subject to the City Attorney's approval of the legality; also
that the Council have possibly thirty days in which to review or
decide on matters referred to it by the Planning Commission.
5. Consider modification of transitional zoning.
6. Prohibit condominiums in the single family district.
