Mr. Dituri moved that the City Manager prepare a report on the Appeal of Walter appeal of Walter Pollock (Shelter Financial) for a tentative Tract Map Pollock No. 24368 after he discusses the matter with the Planning Director and ',City Attorney as well as listening to the tapes of the Planning Commission's 'meetings at which time this subject was discussed.
