13 -C: Request of Mayor Bloom and Mayor Pro Tern Davis that the City Council
support the worldwide "One Billion Rising" campaign to raise global
awareness and end rape and violence against women and girls. The City
Council is also requested to direct City Staff to prepare an official
proclamation and take other steps to coordinate with regional efforts and
with local domestic violence resource partners in support.
