Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 23, 2012, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.04.08.12.060 regarding
roof top structures on the Santa Monica Pier in the RVC — Residential Visitor
Commercial District. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
