13 -F: Request of Mayor Bloom, Mayor Pro Tom Davis, and Councilmember
O'Day, that the City Council approve an allocation of Council discretionary
funds to the not - for - profit organization Grades of Green in the amount of
$7,500 to make John Muir Elementary School and Santa Monica Alternative
Schoolhouse the pilot campus in Santa Monica for their innovative
programs for trash reduction, recycling, and composting.
