Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 12, 2012 the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.55.060 relating to the
erection of structures and winter displays in Palisades Park. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
