A special meeting of the Santa Monica Housing Authority was called to order by Vice -Chair Davis at
12:27 a.m., on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at City Council Chambers, 1685 Main Street.

CONVENE On order of the Vice - Chair, the Housing Authority convened at
special meeting 12:27 a.m., with Commissioners McKeown, Shriver
and Chair Bloom absent.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: 9 -A: Public hearing on Housing Authority Annual and
ANNUAL & Administrative Plans — recommendation to hold a public hearing
ADMINISTRATIVE PLANS and receive public input; adopt the Housing Authority's FY2012 -13
Annual Plan which includes revisions to the Administrative Plan;
and, authorize the Executive Director to submit the Plans to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development, was presented.
Member of the public T.F. Michaelson commented on the item.
Motion by Commissioner Holbrook, seconded by Commissioner
O'Connor, to approve the recommendation. The motion was
approved by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioner O'Day, Holbrook, O'Connor
Vice -Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioner McKeown, Shriver, Chair Bloom
