Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 27, 2012 the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the
City of Santa Monica and the Board of Administration of the California Public
Employee's Retirement System. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
