Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 20, 2012, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica, a
municipal corporation and Maxser & Company, a California Limited Partnership. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
