Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 22, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Chapters 8.106 and 8.108 of the Santa Monica Municipal ,Code
related to green building design and construction and demolition waste handling
requirements. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
