Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 14, 2012, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance allowing additions to legal, nonconforming rent controlled multi - family units
located in the R1 Single Family Residential District. The ordinance is now presented to
the City Council for adoption.
