Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 13, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance updating Chapter 8.108 Subpart B of the Santa Monica Municipal Code
related to landscaping, landscape irrigation and water conservation. The ordinance is
now presented to the City Council for adoption.
