Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 6, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance authorizing all- electric vehicle automobile dealership showrooms on the Third
Street Promenade, subject to a performance standards permit. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
