Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 22, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Section 9.56.050 and Section 9.56.060 of the Santa Monica
Municipal Code establishing a compliance monitoring fee for affordable housing units.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
