Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 8, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Section 11.040.050 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to
contributions to candidates for office. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
