Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on November 8, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Chapter 6.36 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code related to late
night vending on Main Street. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
