Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 25, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code provisions regarding regulations
governing permitted events in public spaces and parks. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
