PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MINUTES
JUNE 21, 2011
A special meeting of the Santa Monica Public Financing Authority was called to order by Chair
Bloom at 7:35 p.m., on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at the City Council Chamber, 1685 Main Street.

Authority Member Kevin McKeown
Authority Member O'Connor
Authority Member Terry O'Day
Authority Member Bobby Shriver
Also Present: Executive Director Rod Gould
Authority Attorney Marsha Jones Moutrie
Authority Clerk Maria M. Stewart
CONVENE On order of the Chair, the Public Financing Authority convened at
7:35 p.m. to a special joint meeting with the City Council,
Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and the Parking
Authority, with all members present.
MINUTES 8 -A: Approval of minutes of various meetings of the Housing
Authority, Parking Authority, Redevelopment Agency and the
Public Financing Authority, was presented.
Member of the public Denise Barton expressed concerns regarding
the content of the minutes presented.
Motion by Authority Member O'Connor, seconded by Chair Pro
Tem Davis, to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion was
unaninnously approved by voice vote, with all members present.
ADJOURNMENT OF On order of the Chair, the special joint meeting with
SPECIAL JOINT MTG. Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority, Parking Authority and
City Council was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
