A special joint meeting of the Santa Monica Public Financing Authority was called to order by
Chair Bloom at 7:11 p.m., ou Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at the City Council Chamber, 1685 Main
Street.

Authority Member Kevin McKeown
Authority Member Bobby Shriver
Absent: Authority Member Robert T. Holbrook
Authority Member Pam O'Connor

Acting Authority Clerk Denise Anderson- Warren
CONVENE On order of the Chair, the meeting of the Public Financing Authority
was called to order at 7:11 p.m., with Authority Members Holbrook
and O'Connor absent.
ESTABLISH REGULAR 3 -K: Establishment of regular meetings for the Public Financing
MEETING DATES Authority — recommendation to adopt Resolution No.6 (PFAS)
entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA MONICA PUBLIC
FINANCING AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING REGULAR
MEETING DATES ", was presented.
Motion by Authority Member McKeown, seconded by Authority
Member O'Day, to adopt the resolution, reading by title only, and
waiving further reading thereof, and approve recommendation. The
motion was approved by the following vote:
AYES: Authority Members Shriver, O'Day, McKeown, Chair
Pro Tern Davis, Chair Bloom
NOES: None
ABSENT: Authority Members Holbrook, O'Connor

ADJOURNMENT: On order of the Chair, the special meeting of the Public Financing
Authority was adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
