Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinances.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 27, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading six
ordinances modifying the taxicab franchise and permit annual renewal dates and
making other clarifications and changes to the Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter
6.49. The ordinances are now presented to the City Council for adoption.
