Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Cify Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on July 26, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement between the City of Santa Monica
and Colorado Creative Studios, LLC, a California Limited Company. The ordinance is
now presented to the City Council for adoption.
