A special joint meeting of the Santa Monica City Council and the Public Financing Authority
was called to order by Chair O'Connor at 7:34 p.m., on Tuesday, September 14, 1999, at the City
Council Chamber, 1685 Main Street.

PUBLIC SAFETY CCIPFA-1: Recommendation to adopt resolutions authorizing
FACILITY B®NDS the issuance of the Public Fiuancing Authority Lease Revenue
Bonds, Series 1999, for the Public Safety Facility Project and
approval of related documents.
On order of the Chair, the public hearing was opened. Member of
the public Toy Fullmer expressed various concerns.
