A special meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Bloom at 5:52 p.m.,

CONVENEIPLEDGE On order of the Mayor, the City Council convened at 5:52 psn., with
Councilmembers Holbrook, O'Connor, and O'Day absent. Police Chief
Timothy Jackman and Fire Chief Soott Ferguson led the assemblage in
the Pledge of Allegiance.
STUDY SESSION: Members of the public Denise Barton and Richard McKinnon
commented on various issues.
As a continuation of budget presentations mach on Tuesday, May 24,
2011, respective department directors presented the remaining
individnai deparhnentai budgets as follows:
