Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 28, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance approving the Development Agreement Amendment 07DEV-007 to amend
the 1998 Development Agreement for Saint John's Health Center located at 1328 22"d
Street. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
