Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 14, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 9.56.070 to adjust the time
to undertake a comprehensive study of affordable housing fees. The ordinance is now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
