A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORI?ING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM OV7ENA DAVIES ATHAY AND IDA MAY K.

THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOTVVSe
SECTION to The Executive Secretary is authorized to pur-
chase Lot D, Block 196, Town of Santa Monica Tract, as per map re-
corded in Book 39, Page 4'S, et seq „ of Miscellaneous Records in the
office of the County Recorder of said County for the sum of $51,000.00.
SECTION 2. The Executive Secretary is authorized and di-
rected to do all things necessary to consummate this purchase.
SECTION 3. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
