A RESOLUTION OF THE PART{ING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM DR. CORNELIUS P.
HAGGARD AND MRS. EMMA HAGGARD
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOPraS a
SECTION 1. The Executive Secretary is authorized to pur°
chase Lots A, B and C, Block 196 of Santa Monica, in the City of
Santa Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 39, Page 45 et seq., of Miscellaneous Records
in the office of the County Recorder of said County for the sum of
$245,000.00.
SECTION 3. The Executive Secretary is authorized and
directed to do all things necessary to consummate this purchase,
SECTION 3. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
