(PARKING AUTHORITY SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM IRENE M. JOHNSON AND CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said Authority hereby accepts, and
consents to the recordation thereo
dated March 8, 1965, from Irene M.
acquired title as, and is the same
an unmarried woman, as grantor, to
grantee, and which deed grants the
described propertya
°, that certain grant deed '
Johnson, a married woman, who
person as, Irene M, Russell,
said Parking Authority as
title to the following-
Lot H in Block 143 of Santa Monica, in the city of
Santa Monica, county of Los Angeles, state of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in Book 3, pages 80 and
81, and in Book 39, page 45, et seq., of Miscel-
laneous Records, in the office o£ the County Re°
corder of said county.
SECTION 2. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 9th day of March
