SEC`l'IUN 1. The Parking Authority of the Ci'cy of Santa
Monica hereby authorizes the purchase of the following described
parcels of property:
PARCE"L 1.
Lot D in block 146 of the Tovan of Santa Monica,
in the city of Santa Monica, county of Los Angeles,
state of California, as per map recorded in book 3
pages 80 and 81 and irr book 3y page 45 of Miscel-
laneous Records, in the office of the county recorder
of said county,
EXGEPTTSQG an easement to ma9.ntain the encroachment
of the building located on Lot C in block 146 of
said tract, over that portion of said land described
as follovrs:
:Beginning at the most northerly corner of
said Lot D; thence along the northwesterly line of
Lot D South 45° lot 25" tirest y1.g4 z"eet; thence
South 44° 45" 35`~ East O.Oj feet; thence North 45°
21" 35" East yl.y4 feet to the point of beginning, as
granted to Bruce A. Bevan and Marion ld. Bevan, his

SECTION 2.. 'Phe Chairman or the City Attorney is hereby
authorized and directed to do all things necessary to effectuate
the purchase of the above-described parcels, including execution
