Council of the City of Santa Monica, which said resolution was

~ ~` SECTION 2. That said Parking Authority, ,pursuant to the

~, power granted thereto by Section 32802 of the Streets and Highways

l ~ declares that the public interest, convenience and necessity re-

~ quire the following improvement to be made, to wit: the opening

pub7.ic off-street parking.
SECTION !~. That said Parking Authority hereby finds,
determines and declares that said acquisition and improvement
has been planned and located in a manner which tivill be most
compatible with. the greatest public good and the least private
injury.
SECTION 5. That the attorney for said Parking Authority
hereby is authorized, empowered and directed to prepare; institute,
and prosecute in the name of said Parking Authority such proceedings
in the proper court having jurisdiction thereof, as are necessary
for the condemnation of the z"ee title to said real property de-
scribed in Sections 2 and 3 of this resolution for the purposes
mentioned in Sections 2 and 3 of this resolution in the name of
said Parking Authority.
SECTION 6.' The Chairman shall execute this resolution
on behalf of said Authority and the Clerk of said body shall
certify to the adoption thereof' and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
