THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS

SECTION 1. The City Attorney :i_s authorized to settle
the case of the Parking Authority of the City of Santa Monica against
John b'. Dolan., et al., SMC 701.4, being a condemnation. case involving
the following described property: ~;,

Lot "U" in Block 1:1.0 of the Cl.ty of Santa `"
Monica, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded a.n book 3
pages 80 and 87_ and in book 39 page ~i5 et
seq. of Miscellaneous Records, in the of-
fice of the county recorder of sa:i_d county.
Said settlement encompasses the following:
A. Pr:i.ce of the property - $32,000.00.
B. Consequential damages not involving the va7_ue
of the property -- y~5,800.00.
SE:CTIOAT 2. The Contro:Ller is authorized to :issue warrants
i_n accordance with instruct:;_ons from the City Attorney :in the total
Burn of n3`7, 800.00.
SECTION :>. The Chairman shall execute th_i.sresolut:i_on
on behalf of the sa:i.d Parka.ng Authority, and the Clerk of said
body sha7.1 certify to the adoption 'chereof, and thenceforth and
thereafter the same shall be in full force anal effect.
