AUTHORIZE A CONDEMNATION OF THE FEE TITLE TO CER-
TAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE OPENING ETP, LAYING OUT
AND IMPRO'~JEMENT OF A SITE FOR'THE .PURPOSE OF OFF-
STREET PARKING IPJ THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
THE PARKING AUTNORITY OF THE OITY OF SANTA MONICA HEREBY
DDES RESOLFtE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Parking Authority of the City of
Santa Moniea, a body politic, was activated

the. City ;of Santa Mohica', which said resolution was adopted"
September 12, 1g5Q.
SECTION 2. That said Parking Authorit

Code of the State of California, hereby finds, determines, and
declares that the public interest, convenience and necessity require
the following improvement to be made
to wit: The opening up

Lots T, U, and V of Block 110, Town of Santa Moniea;

to 51, Miscellaneous"Records of said County,.::
SECTION 3. That said Parking Authority hereby finds,

SECTI(7N 4. That said Parking Authority hereby finds,
determines and declares that sa3.d aequis3tion and improvement has
been planned and located in a manner whioh will be most compatible
with the P;reatest public good and the least private injury.
SECTTCN 5. Tkaat the attorney for said :Parking Authority,
hereby is authorized, empowered. and directed to prepare, institute
and prosecute in the name of .said Parking Authority sucYa proceedings,
in the proper court having 3urisdiction thereof, as are necessary
for the oorademnation of the fee title of said real property described
in Sections ~ and 3 of .this Resolution, for the purposes mentioned
in Seotions 2 and 3 of this Resolution, 1n the name of said Parking
Authority..
