THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOD
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain Grant Deed wherein
The Blanc Investment Co., a corporation, conveys to the Parking
Authority of the City of Santa Monica, the following described

be and the same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. Title Insurance 8c Trust Company is
authorized to record the deed referred to in .Section 1 hereof,
SECTION 3. The .Chairman shall execute this resolution
on behalf of said Authority, and the Clerk of said body shall
certify to the adoptian thereof and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
