A RESOLUTTON OF THE. PARKING AUTHORITY OF
'PHE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DIRECTING THE
CITY CONTROLLER TO DEPOSIT CERTAIN
:PARKING AUTHORITY FUNDS IN ESCROW.
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CZTY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Controller is directed to
deposit in Escrow No. 218~1g352C opened at the Bank of America
National Trust & Savings Association, Santa Monica Branch, the
sum of 53,000,00 for the purpose of acquiring title to
'Lots 9, and R, Block 172, Town of Santa Monica Tract.
SECTION 2. The City Controller is directed to
deposit in Escrow No. 218-19353C opened at the Bank of America
National Trust & Savings Association, Santa Monica Branch, the
sum of X26,500.00 for the purpose of acquiring title to Lot S,
Block 172,,TOwn of Santa Monica Tract.
SECTION 3. The Chairman shall execute this resolution
oh behalf of said Authority, and the Clerk of said body shall
certify to the adoption thereof and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect,
ADOPTED AND APPRO~TED this 18th day of August, 1955.
