A RESOLUTION OF TiiE PARKING AUTHURITY
-0F THE 'CITY OF SANTA MONICA, AUTHURTZTNG
THE CHAIRMAN TO ENTER INTO ESCROW, ACCEPT
GRAAtT DEEDS AND `PO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY
TO EFFECT A SALE TO SAID PARKING AUTHORITY
OF LOTS 4~,R and S,.:BLOCK 172, TOWN OF
SANTA MONTCA TRACT.
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Chairman of said Parking .Authority
be and he is hereby authorized to purchase an behalf of said
Authority and in the name of said Authority, Lots ~ and R of
Block 172, Town;: of Santa Monica Tract, far the total purchase.
price of X53,000.00.
SECTION ~'. That in order to effect such purchase,
said Chairman be and he hereby is authorized to enter into an
Escrow on behalf of said Parking Authority to execute the
necessary agreements in connection therewith, accept on behalf
of said Parking Authority a grant deed conveying the title to
the property described in Section'l hereof to said harking
Authority and to do all things necessary to effect the conveyance
of such title to such property to said Parking Authority.
SECTTORT 3• The Chairman of said Parking Authority
be and he hereby is-authorized to purchase on behalf of said
Parking Authority in the name of said Parking Authority, Lot S,
Block 172:;:. Town of Santa Monica Tract, for the total purchase
price of X26,500.00.
SECTION 4. That in order to effect said purchase
said Chairman be and he hereby is authorized to enter into an
Escraw, execute the necessary agreements in connection therewith,
accept on behalf of :said Parking Authority a grant deed conveying

the title to the property described in Section 3 hereof to
said Parking Authority and to do all things necessary to
effect the conveyance of such title to such property to said
Parking Authority.
SECTION' S. The Chairman shall execute this
resolution on behalf of said Authority,. and the Clerk of said
body shall certify to the adoption thereof and thenceforth and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
