A,.RF,SOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THi;; CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING TILE PURCHASF~ OF LOT P
OF BLOCK 95, TOWN OF SANTA it`iUNICa TRACT.
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OI' THE CITY OF SANTAT~iONICA HEREBY
DUES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWSs
SEC`1'lON 1. That the Chairman of said Parking Authority
hereby is authorized to enter into an escrow and do all things neces~
sary to purchase that certain real property in the city of Santa
T~Ionica, County of Los Angeles, State of California, desoribed ass:
Lot P of Block 95, `town of Santa iUTonica Tract,
recorded in Book 39,, Page t~5 et seq., T~iscellaneous
Records, Los Angeles County;
and to deposit in escrow on be'raalf of said Parking Authority the sum
of ;x20,000, as tYae purchase price of said property, and to pay to
said escrow agent such other sums as may be necessary to cover the
costs of the escrow.
SEC`1'lUN 2. Said Chairman of said Parking Authority further
is authorized to accept a grant deed to said real property on behalf
of said Parking Authority and to do all things necessary to consummate
the transfer of title to said real property to said Parking Authority.
SECTION 3. The Chairran shall execute this resolution on
behalf of said Authority and the Clerk of said body shall certify to
the adoption thereof and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
